If the order has already been dispatched, return it within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were included).
Use tracked shipping and keep proof — we can’t refund items we don’t receive.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are sent back to your original payment method with no extra charges.
Note: Refunds may be reduced or refused if the product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging, tags, or parts.

Holiday Returns
Orders placed between 1st–31st December can be returned up to mid-January — ideal for gifts.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the return process via email.
